These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lethalbits website, services, and SMS messaging program operated by Lethalbits ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use Lethalbits services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Lethalbits operates an SMS messaging program for customers and users who choose to opt in.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lethalbits services, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a binding agreement or opt in to SMS messages on your own behalf. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through Lethalbits services. You grant Lethalbits a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the services for you. You are responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

Lethalbits services and SMS messages are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. SMS delivery depends on carrier networks and may be delayed or unavailable due to factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lethalbits disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lethalbits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the services or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid Lethalbits in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Opting out of the SMS program does not, by itself, terminate any other Lethalbits account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
